Last weekend marked my third year photographing the pride parade here in Buffalo. I was so excited to put away my umbrella as the rain cleared right at the kickoff of the parade. I am always honored to photograph this event and thrilled to see it’s growth over the years.
Each year my heart is warmed by all the love pouring into the streets and it honestly makes me so proud to live in this city. My emotions completely took over as a couple got engaged right at the start of the parade began to approach. Cheers of joy filled the streets and I couldn’t hold my emotions together. I was glad to still capture the moment even with my view finder fogging up.
